Q. How many discount codes can I use?
You can use one discount code per order.

Q. Do you have a refund policy for tickets?
You can always transfer your ticket to somebody else in your company. In case this doesn’t work out for you, our refund policy is the following:
– For cancellations requested on or before May 16, 2019 we will refund 100% of the fee.
– For cancellations made after May 16, 2019 no refunds will be given.
– We will always honor cancellation requests made within 48 hours of purchase.

Q. Are there any recommendations for hotels?
Yes there are! To easily find your way around Amsterdam we have hand-picked some of the best hotels, the nicest restaurants, and the hippest bars. Go to the Amsterdam subpage.

Q. Is there a special dress code for DIA?
No there is not, although we feel that ties are not necessary. That said, the choice is all yours.
